With the addition of payment processing, your customers can easily make payments either immediately or schedule them for a future payment. You will have the convenience of receiving your payments directly into your bank account and receiving a detailed file of what your customers paid. With that file, you can easily do cash application into your Accounts Receivables, and eliminate many hours of tedious work in cash application. Administrative
The Administrator has the control of the website. They can choose in a hierarchal format to give viewing capabilities to the people in their organization. The Administrator can limit viewing permissions by job, by region, or other organizational criteria. Typical scenarios that we have seen are Corporate, Region, District, and local Facility for viewing permission. In other instances we have seen permission given by job grouping such as Administrator, Manager, and Customer Service Representative (CSR).

The Administrator can also view submissions, check on processing status, view payments history, and manage the marketing material that is displayed on the websites for a customer.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The CSR sign on is provided so that your representatives can conveniently view the documents that your customer is viewing. This is very helpful in resolution of problems with statements or invoices and generally increases the satisfaction level of your customer. The CSR sign-on goes directly to a search screen where they can select an account number, a name, and a date range for document selection. They can also select multiple documents for viewing in a PDF format which they can store or forward to the customer.
